Our warranty applies to:
- Clasps or chains breaking due to a production fault
- Stones coming loose without visible damage
- Discoloration that occurs under normal wear
- Any proven manufacturing defect
If this happens, we will repair the item or replace it free of charge.

Our warranty does not cover:
- Damage from water, perfume, lotions or chemicals
- Wear and tear from daily use
- Scratches, bending or accidental damage
- Discoloration from showering, swimming or sweating
- Improper use or storage

To keep your jewellery shining:
- Avoid water, perfume and skincare products
- Remove before showering, swimming or working out
- Store in a dry jewellery box
