- Our jewelry is made of high-quality materials including 925 sterling silver, 18K gold-plated and stainless steel.
- With proper care, it will not easily fade.
- Most pieces are nickel-free and hypoallergenic, suitable for sensitive skin.
2.How do I know my ring size?
- We provide a ring size guide on our website for measurement.
- If you order the wrong size, we offer ring adjusters, but we do not accept returns or exchanges for size issue
3.How long does shipping take?
- In-stock orders: Ship within 1–3 business days
- Custom / pre-order: As stated on the product page
- International delivery usually takes 7–15 business days, sometimes up to 20 days due to customs.
4.What is your return & exchange policy?
- We do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing, changing your mind, or personal preference.
- For quality issues: We need a complete unboxing video to process a refund or exchange.
- Personalized items are final and non-refundable/non-exchangeable.
- If my order arrives damaged/missing items, we only accept a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video as a damage claim. Claims without video will not be accepted.
