1. Eligibility & Timeframe

Returns must meet all of the following criteria:

• 30‑day window: Return applications must be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery, confirmed by tracking records.
• Item condition: The jewelry must be unworn and undamaged, with original tags, packaging and protective seals intact.
• S925 silver, moissanite and other precious‑metal custom pieces are handcrafted individually according to your order specifications. Each item is made exclusively for you once your order is confirmed and cannot be resold to other customers. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges after shipment, except when there is a verified manufacturing defect.
  Bulk orders with multiple items purchased in a single checkout are also treated as custom orders. Once production has commenced, they are non‑refundable and non‑returnable unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed. Please carefully check all details including size, design and specifications before placing your order. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may no longer be available.
• Our items go through multiple thorough quality checks, and we record packing videos before shipment. Every parcel is securely wrapped with multi‑layer protective packaging to ensure correct quantity and intact condition upon arrival. To avoid unnecessary disputes, we recommend keeping a full unboxing video as evidence. Returns or refunds will not be offered for intentional damage caused by human use.
