Our warranty applies to:
- Clasps or chains breaking due to a production fault
- Stones coming loose without visible damage or human-induced wear
- Any verified manufacturing defect that is not caused by human factors
If this happens, we will decide whether to repair the item or replace it with a brand-new product according to the actual circumstances.
✘ Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover:
- Damage from water, perfume, lotions or chemicals
- Wear and tear from daily use
- Scratches, bending or accidental damage
- Discoloration from showering, swimming or sweating
- Improper use or storage
- The jewelry is made of precious metal or sterling silver. It undergoes multiple strict quality inspections and secure packaging before shipment to guarantee perfect condition. We recommend taking an unboxing video after receiving the goods to prove that the damage was not caused by human error. We do not support refunds or returns for damage caused by human error.
